Andrew Arthur - Managing Director

With a strong background in business, Andrew Arthur holds a juris doctor degree from Columbia University in New York City and gained experience in private placements and securities offerings before moving on to theatre and film. Before founding StarWolf Media Ltd, he served as general counsel and director of a high-tech startup and as founder and managing director of an acclaimed theatre production company. 

Theatrical productions he has produced and directed include Deathtrap, The Real Inspector Hound, Noises Off, Travesties, Whose Wife Is It Anyway?, What the Butler Saw, No Sex Please We’re British and The Foreigner. He also produced the New England run of the smash hit Matt and Ben, about the early days of Matt Damon and Ben Affleck, and produced and directed four short films which premiered at several festivals including Cannes Court Métrage, Festival de Cannes.

Charles Salmon - Producer

Founder of Thai Occidental Productions, Charles has worked in the film industry for more than thirty years. His production experience ranges from BBC TV and films to independent and studio features. Among his many credits are: The Railway Man, The Darkest Hour, Flawless, and numerous episodes of The Young Indiana Jones

Thai Occidental Productions combines western film production management and fiscal transparency with the strong talent and skills that exist in the East, offering services which bring the highest production values to feature films, TV and commercials. Founded in 2006, Thai Occidental Productions has now completed over seven international feature films and major TV series.

Elisabeth Costa de Beauregard - Executive Producer

Elisabeth is an experienced and respected sales agent. She is President of Global Distribution & Sales of Storyboard Media, LLC, where she focuses on the sale and licensing of independent films worldwide. Formerly, with AMBI Pictures, Elisabeth helped advance sales of Rupture, starring Noomi Rapace; This Beautiful Fantastic, starring Tom Wilkinson and Jessica Brown Findley; and the 400 title Exclusive library comprising the Icon, New Market and Sparta titles. She helped shepherd the Keanu Reeves and Lily Collins film To the Bone, which sold for top dollar at Sundance 2017, along with the Mila Jovovich and James Franco action pic, Future World, and romantic comedy Basmati Blues starring Brie Larson. Elisabeth aided in planning the AMBI UK office and brought in strategic partnerships in Korea and China. During her earlier tenure at Voltage Pictures, Elisabeth financed the Academy Award winning Dallas Buyers Club.

Catherine D’Arcy - Executive Producer

Catherine is a London-based entrepreneur and executive producer known for Prizefighter: The Life of Jem Belcher (2022) and The Grand Duke of Corsica (2021). She is also the Founder and CEO of boutique artist management agency North Star Artist Management Ltd, which offers a UK based, rule-breaking, bespoke management service to creative talent across the film industry. With a network of contacts across the British TV and Film Industry she works with up-and-coming UK talent and overseas talent looking to expand into the UK. Catherine is currently co-producing a ten-part period TV drama Dragons Rising with Forlan Films.

Brian Bortz - Executive Producer

Brian, an executive specializing in international business, acquisitions, financing and venture capital projects. Raises financing for renewable energy, humanitarian and infrastructure projects and films. Brian is a leading expert in communications having served as CEO of several international corporations. Brian holds a MSc in Data Communications from UCL, University of London.

Elliot Grove - Advisor

Elliot Grove, founder and director, Raindance Film Festival, has worked on over sixty feature films in a variety of capacities. In 1992 in London he launched Raindance, now the largest independent film festival in the U.K. and Europe with a film school that operates in major cities including London, Los Angeles, New York, Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, Budapest, Berlin and Brussels. Named by Variety as one of the world’s top unmissable film festivals, Raindance showcases filmmakers from around the world to an audience of 15,000 attendees including film executives. In 1998 he launched the British Independent Film Awards, which celebrates, supports and promotes British independent cinema and filmmaking talent.

Jane has thirty published novels to her credit. Her books have been published in Sweden, Italy, Denmark, France, Germany, Russia, Latvia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Spain, as well as the U.S. Her work has received outstanding reviews from Publishers Weekly, Booklist, Library Journal and other leading industry publications.

Richard is the Chief Investment Officer of the Lotus Energy Group and Managing Director of Lotus Energy Limited (UK). He has over 25 years in the global financial buyout market having recently raised £1.4bn of equity as part of the £4.0bn flotation of the Automobile Association in Europe’s largest ever accelerated IPO. Richard has deep experience in raising debt and equity financing for privately held companies. Previous roles include senior executive positions at leading European financial institutions, including Alcentra limited (investment subsidiary of Bank of New York Mellon), Intermediate Capital Group and Deutsche Bank/Morgan Grenfell.
